Alison Gardner

SPEECH PATHOLOGIST

Hi, I’m Alison!

I completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Speech Pathology) in 2011 at Charles Sturt University in NSW. For the past 12 years I have worked with school-aged children in Tasmania. As part of this role, I worked with students, and their families and teachers, to support their communication and learning support needs within the school environment.

I have experience working with children with speech, language, literacy, fluency (stuttering), and swallowing difficulties. I am particularly passionate about speech sound disorders and love helping children learn new sounds. I thoroughly enjoy working with children and their families to achieve their goals.

In my spare time I enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles and escape rooms, and spending time with family and friends.
